Dan Meyers, our principal Inspector, is a graduate of the Cooper Union College of Engineering & Architecture, and has 30 years of experience in engineering and technical positions. Dan is a Licensed MA Home Inspector, #1132,and has inspected thousands of homes. His engineering background, and his-up-to-date knowledge of residential systems makes Dan an exceptional Home Inspector.

From the smallest condo to the largest luxury home, historic and colonial era homes, multi-family and investment properties, and commercial buildings, Dan can inspect it all!.
Vital Structural Expertise
Dan Meyers graduated from the prestigious Cooper Union College of Engineering in New York City, with an accredited Engineering degree. Dan has worked in building design, and has extensive additional training and experience in evaluating foundation cracks and other house and building structure defects. Most other inspectors can't properly evaluate structural defects!.
